Café 458 is open to the public every Sunday for brunch. All proceeds earned from Café 458, including tips, go directly to support the Atlanta Center for Self Sufficiency programs. Volunteers help prepare and serve food, and work to ensure patrons have a great experience.

• Sunday shifts are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Volunteers are needed to serve as line cooks, wait tables, greet guests, act as the kitchen expeditor, clean, etc.

Café 458 Life Stabilization Program assists homeless men and women struggling with addiction issues, mental health concerns, and severe physical disabilities to achieve personal goals leading to self-sufficiency.

• Volunteer opportunities are available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include cooking, serving food, waiting tables, and administrative support.

The CareerWorks program provides comprehensive daytime support services to homeless men and women seeking full-time, permanent employment.

• Volunteers are needed to prepare and serve breakfast weekdays 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and weekends 8 a.m to 10 a.m. Volunteer opportunities are also available weekdays 9 a.m to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for résumé writing, reception desk support, administrative support, facilitating employment-related workshops, performing mock interviews, facility maintenance, computer coaching, and technical support.
